Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the rules that apply when you use FirmAtlas and purchase our reports or subscriptions.

Effective: 2 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of FirmAtlas, including our website, company profiles, reports, subscriptions and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. About us

The Service is operated by FIRMATLAS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17434605. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. References to “FirmAtlas”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean FIRMATLAS LTD.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You must not share access in a way that circumvents the plan you purchased.

4. Company information and reports

FirmAtlas compiles information from Companies House and other third-party sources and may use automated analysis to produce reports, estimates and risk signals. Source data can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and automated outputs may contain errors. We do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or suitable for your purpose.

5. No professional advice

The Service is provided for general research and information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Valuations and other estimates are indicative only and are not offers, guarantees or predictions of a sale price. You should verify important information independently and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

6. Subscriptions, payments and renewal

Prices, billing intervals and any introductory offers are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider. A subscription renews automatically for the selected billing interval until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; introduce malicious code; use automated means to scrape or extract the Service at scale without written permission; resell or redistribute reports except as expressly permitted; or use the Service to infringe another person’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding and original report presentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own internal business or personal research while your account or purchase remains valid. Third-party source data remains subject to the rights and terms of its provider.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or change the Service and may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational reasons. We do not promise that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted. We will not materially reduce a paid service during a current billing period without a legitimate reason.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts due. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel any active subscription to prevent future renewal.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability arising in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service during that period. These limitations do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Public company and officer information displayed by the Service may originate from official public registers.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service, law or our business. The effective date below shows when they were last updated. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Any mandatory rights you have under local law remain unaffected.

15. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale, provided this does not reduce your rights.
